We process your email address as provided, device binding hashes, activation times, and source IP addresses. We do not collect proxy configurations, visited domains, or traffic content. Binding hashes are pseudonymous data, not anonymous data.
Full IP addresses associated with activation and purchase consent are retained for 7 days for digital delivery and dispute handling; necessary hashes are retained afterward. Order and license records are retained for at least 1 years. We retain the identifiers needed to honor valid perpetual licenses and review their retention once they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Stripe processes payments and collects the billing details needed for payment and tax calculation, including your billing address and any business tax ID you provide. We remain responsible for transaction support and applicable tax compliance. Our email provider delivers messages, and the license service issues signed credentials. The database backup policy requires backups in independent object storage, with a target retention period of 30 days.
You can request deletion after signing in. Email addresses and full IP addresses are removed; necessary hashes, orders, and license records are retained. Hashing is not complete erasure. Historical backup copies expire under the retention policy rather than being removed immediately. Existing credentials remain valid, but email sign-in and self-service recovery become unavailable.
We use normalized email addresses and hardware hashes to prevent repeat trials. Normalization is used only for comparison; it does not combine purchases made with different email addresses. Paid devices do not check the license service during daily use; trials require an online check at each startup.
