Helnect app licenses are one-time purchases for a major version. Personal, Power User, and Multi-Device allow 1, 3, and 5 devices, respectively, with the same features. Device limits are shared across supported desktop and Android devices. iOS and iPadOS purchases are handled separately through the App Store. The free Mesh Server does not require a license.

Your explicit acknowledgment on the purchase page, acceptance of our Terms of Service at Stripe Checkout, and confirmation email record your delivery consent. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction take precedence where applicable.
After activation, paid licenses can be used offline indefinitely. If the license service becomes unavailable, existing paid credentials remain usable as long as the device identity is intact; new activations and device transfers still require the service. The license service cannot remotely stop Helnect on an offline device.
A normal release requires proof of possession of the original device key. If a device is unavailable, one device per license may be force-released every 12 months; additional requests require manual review. Trials last for 30 minutes after activation and require an online check at each startup. Environments with insufficient hardware identifiers may not support trials.
